Construction

Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.

Post-Construction

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Types of Services

Commercial

TCS provides comprehensive commercial construction services. We focus our efforts on small commercial projects and let the bigger companies handle the bigger projects. Our typical project ranges between $10k-500K. We operate as a small residential and commercial construction company and strive to provide the best quality through our focused approach.

Residential

TCS also provides comprehensive residential construction services. We build all types of homes, but we focus our efforts on the small to mid size homes. Most homes we build are no larger than 2400 Sq ft! We believe the best home for any family is high quality, functional, and affordable and we strive to build the highest quality homes for our clients.

Construction Management

We offer a wide range of construction services, including design and planning, project management, construction, and post-construction maintenance. We are committed to delivering exceptional results on every project. Our construction management services allow for larger contractors to supplement their projects with CMs, PMs, and PEs on temporary and semi-permanent basis. We also offer continued PM and CM consulting for a wide range of subcontractors, suppliers, builders, and general contractors.
